I am a software engineer at DisneyResearch|Studios in Zürich. I have a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from TU Delft, with expertise in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation techniques. Afterward, I developed novel approaches for vegetation modeling in urban microclimate simulations during my Ph.D. at ETHZ. Before joining Disney Research, I worked as a postdoc at Empa on machine learning techniques for experimental fluid dynamics, developing algorithms for quantitative fluid flow visualization problems using optical flow approaches. My interests range from developing HPC applications in Python for machine learning, fluid dynamics, and computer vision problems and to the administration of Linux systems.
