Tiziano Portenier

Research Area: Neural Rendering

I am an associate research scientist at DisneyResearch|Studios. Prior to joining Disney, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Computer Vision Lab at ETH Zurich, where I worked on techniques for texture synthesis, image translation, and medical image analysis. During my PhD in the Computer Graphics Group at the University of Bern, I developed models for image editing and image retrieval using sketch-based interfaces. My research interests are in deep learning-based synthesis, editing, and rendering.
